My name is Olena Shumska, and my journey began when I arrived in the United States at 24 years old with just $300 in my pocket. I didn’t have much, but I had determination, resilience, and a vision for a better future. Today, I’m proud to be a single mom to an amazing son, who inspires me every single day. Being his mother is the greatest joy of my life, and watching him grow into a kind, confident, and thoughtful young man is my biggest blessing.

Why Real Estate

I fell in love with real estate the moment I purchased my first home — the feeling was so powerful, so life-changing, that I wanted every person to experience that same sense of pride, security, and possibility. Helping people find a place to call home quickly became my passion.

My professional background includes over a decade of experience across hospitality management, development work at the Waldorf School of Philadelphia, real estate investing, and business ownership. These experiences strengthened my leadership, negotiation skills, and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
